Wentworth Charter is owned and managed by Russ Hargreaves, a Chartered Management Accountant and experienced Business Coach who in 2006 alone worked with clients with a collective turnover in excess of £14bn.

Wentworth Charter was created to provide a quality Business Experience, be it Rewarding key Staff, Entertaining valued customers or refreshing management skills - but in a way and environment that was different.

With a passion for not only business, but boats, sun, golf and fun, Wentworth Charter was created - in conjunction with LaCala golf resort and Fairline Boats Andalucia you know you are in safe and expert hands.

Management Coaching is provided by Russ along with a team of experienced English speaking Associates.

Martin Fear - Martin is a well known and respected development skills trainer - working with people across varied environments to raise their confidence and skills.   Martin's specialist areas include such key skill subjects as team Building, Presentation Skills, Excellence in Customer Care and Leadership Development, these are coupled with and complimented by a further range of interpersonal skills courses.
Martin has delivered training and consultancy work to healthcare professionals within the NHS and worked with prestige organisations such as Microsoft, BA and British Telecom across a wide range of core subjects.

Jeff - An experienced Management Coach who delivers with an interactive and enjoyable style.  For the last 20 years Jeff has enhanced the personal effectiveness of senior managers across the full spectrum of management skills.
He lead the culture change programme during the merger of two international Telecoms organisations.  He is a Lead Assessor with the British Quality Foundation and has taken a number of client organisations to win Regional Quality Awards.
An early member of The Insitute of Stress Management, he is well versed in coaching in organisational stress audit and personal stress management.  A longstanding member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.   Born and bred in Liverpool, it's fair to say he has football in his veins too!
